We are a family-owned business located in Waco, Texas, specializing in the construction of tiny container homes. With decades of combined experience in various building trades, drafting, and design, our passion for creating these unique homes shines through. Our journey began in 2016 with the construction of our first tiny house, and by the fall of 2020, we had expanded to our current 18-acre manufacturing facility conveniently situated on I-35, just north of Waco.

Today, we are proud to have over a dozen CargoHome units under construction at any given time, with our homes being shipped from coast to coast.
