Packages
DIY Expert
Shell with windows, doors and other penetrations cut, interior framing, electric and plumbing rough-in. This is a good option if you’re planning to set your CargoHome in city limits where you will likely need inspections of electric and plumbing before insulating.
DIY Intermediate
Shell with all penetrations cut, interior framing, pre-installed windows, electric and plumbing rough-in and spray-foam insulated. Ready to panel and finish out.
DIY Beginner
Everything in DIY Intermediate plus Finish-out Beginner Bundle and both Exterior add-on Options. You basically receive everything you need to finish your CargoHome, loaded inside the shipping container. You will trim out and paint the interior, install the exterior siding and build the upper deck and railing system. Full plans and instructions included.
Interior Add-on Options
Finish-out Expert Bundle
Shiplap interior paneling bundled inside, cabinets and countertops, Murphy bed frame, install shower pan and tile backer. Owner will install shiplap, cabinets and countertops, toilet and sinks, trim and paint.
Finish-out Beginner Bundle
Everything in Add-on Option 1 installed along with toilet, sinks and tiled shower. Owner will trim, lay flooring, paint and install lighting trim and fixtures.
Exterior Add-on Options
Siding Bundle
Tabs and fir strips installed for siding, cedar siding bundled. Owner will cut and install siding.
Deck Bundle
Metal railing system, stainless steel cables and hardware, rail system assembly instructions, materials and cut list for upper deck frame, metal deck support brackets pre-installed on container, pre-cut cedar and assembly instructions for alternating tread stairs. Owner will purchase treated deck lumber, build deck, assemble and install railing, assemble and install stairs.
